How much do I have to order?Just one bottle – be it a standard size, magnum, half or 20cl. Order as much or little as you want to – we take care with all orders.
When will I receive my order?We despatch all orders received before 12pm on a next day service as long as all your products show as available for next day delivery. If you order after 12pm we’ll send it the next working day.
Our standard next day service only delivers Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Where should I tell you of any specific delivery requirementsIf you require the wine by a specific date, or would like a message included please advise us at the checkout in the special instructions box
When will I receive my wine if I’ve asked for local deliveryFor orders over £60 with a qualifying postcode we offer free delivery, if less than this we charge £5 and in both circumstances we will normally try to deliver to you within a few days. We will contact you to arrange a convenient day.
Can I collect my order?Yes as long as the Click and collect option is selected at checkout and the card used for payment is brought as ID and proof of purchase during our shop opening hours.
My order is incorrect or broken – what should I do?If your wine is not what you ordered please let us know within 14 days we will arrange for the collection of it and red-despatch of a replacement order. There will be no additional carriage expense in this instance. If your order has arrived broken please let us know straight away.
What’s your policy on faulty wine?If you receive a faulty bottle please let us know straight away and retain the bottle plus stopper and contents so we can arrange for it to be collected and returned to us for examination. Please note that faulty wines can only be returned and credited up to 90 days from your receipt of the order. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace any mature wine over 10 years of age and these wines are purchased ‘sold as seen’.
