Cider is Wine Tasting with Alistair Morell – Cider as a drink that like wine can be enjoyed with food is an intriguing new drinks category with a large diverse range of ultra-premium artisan products made from 100% juice not concentrate from apples and pears etc….typically with half the alcohol content of wine.
Once tasted not forgotten, it is a fantastic experience – Oz Clark thinks so too!
With Alistair Morrell from ‘Cideriswine’ we will be tasting examples from around the world paired with some of Ed’s delicious cheeses and charcuterie.
