Intro to Hermandad Cabernet Franc –
Hermandad Cabernet Franc is full of many lingering flavours including dark fruit and spice.
Full tasting note and wine making –
Hermandad Cabernet Franc is an intense red colour with ruby notes. There are many aromas and flavours of black fruits and sweet spices, and a full mouthfeel with silky and structured tannins leading to a persistent and complex finish.
The grapes undergo a cold maceration for theree days followed by fermentation at 24-27°C for twenty eight days, and all the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation. After that it is aged for twelve months in French oak barrels of first and second use.

The Hermandad wines are a new range of high quality wines from the new generation at ‘Familia Falasco’, owners of the ‘Bodega Los Haroldos’ range of glorious Argentinian wines.
They have achieved many accolades including one from Tim Atkin MW who awarded the Hermandad Malbec 91 Points and the Hermandad Blend 92 Points.

Harpers Wines Stars awarded 5 Stars to the superb ‘Hermandad Malbec’ and also the much coveted ‘Star of Mendoza’ and ‘Star of Argentina’ for achieving the highest overall score of wines submitted from Mendoza and in all of Argentina. In addition, the ‘Hermandad Blend’ received four Stars and a ‘Star Design’ award for receiving the highest marks in the design round of judging.’

Delivery Charges
Delivery in St Albans is FREE for orders over £85, for orders less than £85 the charge is £5.
Postal delivery of tasting tickets and vouchers is also FREE if this option is chosen.
Our standard national delivery charge is £10 and is FREE for all orders over £250. The standard delivery is next day for all orders placed by 12noon and the following day for all orders received later than that.
Arrangements in case you’re out at the time of delivery
Please leave clear instructions in the special instructions section on the checkout page so the wine can be left in a safe place to suit you. As our delivery service requires a signature then if your wine is not signed for it is left at your risk and losses are not replaceable. If instructions are not left a card will be put through your door asking you to contact the carrier to arrange re-delivery or collection within 2 days.
