Nyetimber Classic Cuvee NV is a quality English sparkling wine from Sussex and is refreshingly crisp and fruity.

Nyetimber Classic Cuvee NV is the signature wine of Nyetimber and is a classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier and is a perfect balance of elegance and intensity. The blend includes wines from all our vineyards and also from several vintages.
The pale-golden hue and fine bubbles make our flagship Classic Cuvee Multi-Vintage the ideal occasion-ready drink – whether it’s toasting a big birthday or simply finishing a busy week. Following extensive ageing in our cellar (usually more than three years), our Classic Cuvee Multi-Vintage has distinctive toasty and spicy aromas. A palate of honey, almond, pastry and baked apples gives it a hint of decadence. Intense yet delicate, elegant yet complex – it’s no wonder it’s consistently crowned one of the best English sparkling wines
The producer –
The Nyetimber vineyards share similar characteristics with the best sparkling wine vineyards in the world. Greensand and chalk soils allow the vines, in each of the separate sites, to flourish across the south of England. The climate here allows for the slow ripening of the grapes, allowing us to achieve the optimum levels of ripeness and acidity, as well as the complexity and finesse for which their quality wines are renowned.
Using only estate-grown grapes from our own vineyards ensures that only the finest fruit is used to craft globally acclaimed Nyetimber wines. Our Head Winemaker, Cherie Spriggs, and her Winemaker husband Brad Greatrix assess each handpicked vineyard individually – from choosing the optimal time to harvest the grapes and supervising their gentle pressing to eventual vinification.
All the wines at Nyetimber according to the traditional method, ageing them for extended periods of time to build complexity and flavour, and allowing for generous post-disgorgement time before release.

Flagship Wines uses a reliable carrier with a robust national delivery network providing a speedy convenient service to UK mainland addresses.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday and not normally on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays though Saturday deliveries are possible on payment of an additional charge.

Delivery Charges
Delivery in St Albans is FREE for orders over £85, for orders less than £85 the charge is £5.
Postal delivery of tasting tickets and vouchers is also FREE if this option is chosen.
Our standard national delivery charge is £10 and is FREE for all orders over £250. The standard delivery is next day for all orders placed by 12noon and the following day for all orders received later than that.
Arrangements in case you’re out at the time of delivery
Please leave clear instructions in the special instructions section on the checkout page so the wine can be left in a safe place to suit you. As our delivery service requires a signature then if your wine is not signed for it is left at your risk and losses are not replaceable. If instructions are not left a card will be put through your door asking you to contact the carrier to arrange re-delivery or collection within 2 days.

Non UK Mainland addresses
For charges applicable for delivery to remote addresses such as the Scottish Highlands and Islands please note that different charges apply and these are clearly shown at checkout. The charges are per case of 12 x 75cl bottles and the delivery time will be a little longer due to the location.
